The Irish Research Council for Humanities and Social Sciences
has launched the RDI with 3 strands.
Strand 5: Targeted Cofund Initiatives
This strand is intended to
support small to medium research projects in areas of investigation
which would be of interest to a company (MNC, indigenous, SME)
or organisation (cultural or voluntary). The Maximum IRCHSS contribution
will be €50,000.
Strand 6: FP7 Seed Fund
Strand 6 will provide funding
for initiatives from researchers and research groups that will
result in the submission of competitive proposals either as a
co-ordinator or partner. Grants of up to €4,000 or €8,000, are
offered.
Strand 7: Department of Foreign Affairs
Projects in Conflict Resolution
The Conflict Resolution Unit
of the Department of Foreign Affairs will support projects of
up to €100,000 in conflict resolution, with particular emphasis
on the specified themes.
Please note that potential
applicants and authorised signatories of applications are asked
to carefully read and adhere to the terms and conditions. Applications
which do not adhere to the terms and conditions will be deemed
ineligible.
