The Irish Research Council for Humanities and Social Sciences has launched the 2012-2013 round of its Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowships.

Please note the deadline for applications to this scheme is 4pm (GMT) 17th February 2012. All electronic applications must be received by this deadline.

To be eligible to apply to the scheme, applicants must have been awarded their doctoral degree within the five-year period before 17th February 2012.

Applicants will be informed by letter only of the outcome. The secretariat will not discuss either the issuing of results or the actual results of the scheme over the telephone. Please do not telephone the office about the results.
