The Irish Research Council fully respects the rights to privacy
of its users and any personal information volunteered by you to
the Research Council will be treated with the highest standards
of confidentiality and security, in accordance with the Data Protection
Acts, 1988 and 2003. The IRCHSS is not responsible for the privacy
policies of external websites to which we may link. Should you

Collection of personal information
Where a user voluntarily supplies personal information by e-mailing
us or by subscribing to a mailing list, this information will
not be disclosed to any third party and will only be used in accordance
with the purpose for which it is submitted. Requests to have personal
data removed from our mailing lists should be sent, again via
e-mail, to info@irchss.ie.
Collection and use of technical
information
This website does not use cookies apart from temporary "session"
cookies which enable a visitor's web browser to remember which
pages on the website have already been visited. Technical details
in connection with visits to this website are logged for our statistical
purposes. No information is collected that could be used by us
to identify website visitors. The technical information will be
used only by the IRCHSS, and only for statistical and other administrative
purposes.
